This policy explains how OnePro IPTV Player — the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV versions, and the Android version in preparation — handles personal data.
Summary
The app collects no personal data and sends us nothing; this version also contains no advertising or analytics. You do not need an account to use it.
The source details you add are stored only on your device. Streams come to your device directly from the provider you chose; there is no server of ours in between.

Data we collect
None. The app does not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage statistics.
There is no registration form, no sign-in screen, no newsletter and no in-app purchase.
What is stored on your device
- Source addresses, usernames, passwords and the contents of M3U files you import are kept in the device keychain.
- Your favourites, watch history, playback positions and app settings are kept in local device storage.
- The channel and content catalog is held in memory only while the app is open and is gone once you close it.
None of this leaves your device, none of it is synced to iCloud, and none of it is visible to us.
The connection to your provider
When you add a source, the app connects directly to that provider's server. Your IP address, username and password are sent to that provider in the process; this is necessary for the service to work at all.
Your provider is an independent data controller with its own privacy policy. Choosing a provider is entirely up to you; we have no relationship with any provider and we recommend none.
The demo mode in the app opens Apple's public sample stream and asks for no credentials.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
This version of the app contains no ad network, no analytics tool, no crash-reporting service and no third-party marketing software.
In this version we do not track you across apps or websites, which is why the app never shows Apple's tracking permission prompt.
If advertising or measurement is added later, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated, and the change will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from any age group.
All content comes from the source you add and is not filtered by us. If you want to limit what children can reach, you can lock categories with the four-digit parental PIN in the app.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it.
- From inside the app: you can clear the cache and the watch history in Settings, and remove a source on the Sources screen. Removing a source also deletes its credentials, favourites and history.
- For everything: simply delete the app from your device.
Since we hold no copy of anything, there is no deletion request to send us.
Google Play Data Safety declaration
When the Android version ships, its Data Safety form will declare: no data collected, no data shared, data encrypted in transit, and no deletion request needed — because everything is kept on the device only.
Apple App Store privacy labels
On the App Store the app is declared as “Data Not Collected”. The privacy manifest inside the app carries the same declaration.
Legal basis and your rights
Because we process no personal data, we carry out no processing activity in the sense of the GDPR.
Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability under the GDPR remain in force. For the data on your device those rights are directly in your hands, but you can always write to us: info@oneproiptv.com
International transfers
We transfer no data anywhere. The servers of the provider you choose may be in another country; that connection is between you and your provider.
Security
Credentials are stored in the operating system keychain, passwords are masked in the interface, and raw stream addresses are never shown in error messages.
HTTPS is the default. If you want to add a server that only serves over HTTP, the app will not accept it without your explicit permission.
No method of transmission is completely secure, and the security of your provider's server is outside our control.
Changes to this policy
When the policy changes, the last-updated date on this page is renewed. Significant changes are also announced inside the app.
