These terms set out the conditions for using OnePro IPTV Player and form an agreement between you and the developer of the app.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app and remove it from your device.
What the app is
OnePro IPTV Player is a media player. It provides no channels, movies, series, streams or subscriptions, and it contains no content and no ready-made list of sources.
To watch anything you must add, yourself, the Xtream Codes details of a service you already subscribe to or an M3U playlist you own.
Responsibility for your sources
You alone are responsible for the lawfulness of the source you add and for holding the right to use it.
Using the app to reach content without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.
We do not monitor, verify or guarantee providers' servers, stream quality, availability or content.
Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the app,
- reselling, renting out or redistributing the app as part of a service,
- using the app to infringe the rights of others or to act against applicable law.
Accounts, fees and purchases
The app requires no account and sells no subscriptions or content. We have no involvement in what you pay your provider and no responsibility for those payments.
Third-party software
The app's alternative player engine uses the VLCKit library developed by VideoLAN and licensed under LGPL 2.1 or later. Its source code is published at videolan.org.
OnePro IPTV Player is not affiliated with or endorsed by VideoLAN. The names VLC and VideoLAN are used only to identify that software.
Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that every stream format will open on every device, or that the service will run without interruption or error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or damage arising from third-party sources.
Changes and termination
We may update the app, change its features or stop distributing it. Your right to use the app ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Provisions concerning Apple
This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it. Maintenance and support for the app are our responsibility, not Apple's.
The app is subject to the minimum terms of Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for Licensed Applications. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce its terms against you.
If the app fails to conform to applicable law, you may notify Apple and request a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other obligation.
Age
Because all content comes from the source you add and is not filtered by us, the app is intended for adult users. You can use the parental PIN in the app to limit access by children.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected.
